I am a psychotherapist utilizing an integrative therapy approach that is eclectic and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, or child I work with. By drawing from various therapeutic modalities, I ensure that the therapy is responsive to your unique history, emotional patterns, and goals, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Berklee College of Music. My background in both clinical social work and music therapy enhances my understanding of emotional expression, relational dynamics, and the mind-body connection. This foundation enables me to approach psychotherapy with both structure and creativity, depending on what best supports your growth.
I work with adults, couples, and children who are navigating a range of emotional, relational, and developmental challenges. My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s experience. Together, we explore the underlying patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, moving beyond surface symptoms toward meaningful and lasting change.
I strive to create a warm, grounded environment where you feel supported and understood. I recognize that exploring personal experiences can feel vulnerable, and I honor the courage it takes to engage in this process. Our work moves at a pace that feels collaborative and steady, building both insight and practical tools for growth.
My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in creating a life that feels more connected, intentional, and fulfilling.
